Traveling to a very inspiring place up in the RIF mountains and down to the medieval Medina of Fez to have an unique life time experience by being immersed in the Art of Slow Living.

Surrounded by the pre-Rif mountains, the landscapes are intact
and the exceptional cultural heritage of the area remains to be discovered in a respectful way to the communities and their way to live. In this agro-ecological area the tourism hasn't impacted yet. The community here is very pro-active, everybody knows each other and the sense of connection with the earth is very vibrant and positive. After 5 days immersion into the full process of traditional pottery, harvesting of the organic materials and firing, we head off to Fez, a Medieval City with stunning architecture, Riads, markets, food, textiles... We will sleep in one of the greatest Riads, that has been restored and keeps the magical identity of a Medieval Riad. While in Fez, we will explore the textile world led by a textile cooperative of local artisans and learn from them the art of morrocan weaving and natural dyes.

We are delighted to be your host for a cultural immersive retreat in Morocco, with all of our love and knowledge we will be waiting for you with arms open to share with you our culture. Mama Aïcha will teach you ancient pottery techniques, Samira will cook for you the most delicious homemade Moroccan fresh dishes, Karen will be your translator and will be with you form beginning to end of your trip, Marta is the angel that make sure our local families are organised and have a fair payment.
The impact of your participation allows local artisans, the family members who contribute to make this possible to earn a fair wage. The promotion of heritage and skills will also contribute locally to the community to feel inspired when they have visitors interested in what they do, younger generations will come closer to the studio to witness peoples admiration and will make them feel proud and recognise the importance of keeping traditions alive.
